Feeding Guide:-

The amount of treats appropriate for your dog depends on the type of treat and your dog’s age, health status, activity level, and size. A general guideline is that treats should make up less than 10 percent of your dog’s daily food intake.

Whilst 2-4 treats is a general guide, be mindful of the size and calorie makeup of that specific treat to determine the optimal quantity for your pet.

  Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.

  To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  In the same condition as received.

  Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

  2. Non-Returnable Items
  For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  Opened or partially used pet food, treats, or supplements.

  Grooming items, such as brushes, shampoos, and trimmers, once opened.

  Customized or personalized products.

  Clearance or sale items.

  3. Return Process

  Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

  5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
  If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo or video proof.
  We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

  6. Cancellations
  Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.

  Once the product has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
