Advice
Bring your pet in. Choosing food, working out a portion size, or deciding whether a skin problem needs a vet is far easier in person than over a phone call.
Buying online
Everything in the store is also available at furmigo.in. Free delivery across India on orders above ₹999, same-day delivery inside Kozhikode, and 7-day returns on unopened items. Order online and collect at the counter if that is easier.
Common questions
Do I need an appointment for grooming?
Walk-ins are welcome but you may wait, particularly on weekends and in the evening. A WhatsApp message beforehand gets you a slot.
How long does a full groom take?
Usually two to three hours depending on coat condition and the size of the dog. Heavily matted coats take longer and we will tell you before we start.
Do you groom aggressive or anxious pets?
Often, yes, but tell us in advance so we can plan the session and allow extra time. Some pets do better with a shorter first visit to get used to the room.
What do you need for boarding?
Current vaccination records, your pet's usual food if they are particular about it, and a contact number we can reach during the stay.
Do you deliver outside Kozhikode?
Yes. We ship across India, dispatched within 24 hours on working days.
